The staff were friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile. Special thanks to Ossama, Abu Ali, and Mohamed. The location is great, right in the middle of Al Hamra with shops nearby. The price is very good compared to the service received. The beds are comfortable, and the 24-hour reception is a plus.

The location of this hotel is incredibly convenient, especially if you are visiting for holiday and tourist activities. some rooms have balconies that offer a pleasant environment. Guests also enjoy natural light in the rooms, making them feel welcoming and airy. The staff, particularly Ali at the reception, is friendly and helpful in providing recommendations and assisting with currency exchange. Despite some issues with power cuts during the day, the room temperature remains comfortable at night, providing a good night's sleep.
The cleanliness of the hotel could be improved.

The reception at Marble Tower Hotel was really good. They quickly addressed my concern about the room size and upgraded me to a bigger room. The staff also helped me arrange a tour at a reasonable price. the location on El Hamra street was perfect and the Wi-Fi connection was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was helpful in resolving an issue with the room and provided an upgrade without extra charges. The facilities were clean and the balcony view was impressive. Assistance was given in finding a good dinner option and arranging a taxi for airport transfer. a great stay. 👍

The staff at the hotel were kind and helpful. We arrived very late at night, but there was someone at the front desk waiting to check us in. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the middle of a bustling district with plenty of shops and restaurants. There is also a supermarket right in front of the hotel, very convenient. The Wi-Fi worked well, and we always had hot water in the shower. we had a great stay!
